New Goals Require New Thinking and New Behavior!!

My basic philosophy for optimal fitness and wellness is quite simple:
Put in what you want out!
Also understand that I am a realist and life is meant to be enjoyed!

A few of my favorite sayings are:
Success only comes before Work in the dictionary.
If you want to do half the work, expect half the results.
Don’t be upset by the results you didn’t get with the work you didn’t do.
There are thousands of sayings and I am sure you understand.

If we dig deeper into my philosophy for achieving your fitness and
wellness goals it is rooted in science, nature and common sense.

I have seen entirely too many trends and gimmicks come along
since I entered the field of fitness, wellness and nutrition.  It's
been quite disturbing to hear or see what so called fitness
professionals will make their clients do based on those gimmicks
and trends.  New miracle weight loss supplements, new machines,
new certifications to confuse the body and so much more!

The flip side of that is the nonsense that is being sold.  I mean
seriously, the "shake weight", "shape ups"??? I am in constant
battle with the brainwashing tactics of billion dollar marketing
companies only to be proven right when the companies end up
with a class action lawsuit against them for false claims.

We don't need to continually reinvent the wheel with a new
gimmick or exercise routine. Our bodies are complex "machines"
that have been made up from the same billions of cells since we
started walking the earth. The problem is that those same cells
have been beaten up over the centuries due to our "improvements"
& "evolution" of conveniences of life.  But that is also the amazing
thing about our bodies and cells. By staying with the basics of
science and nature and providing those cells with the nutrients they
deserve while also moving the body the way it is intended will provide
you not only the body you want but long term health as well.

Exercise Program Design Philosophy
Since starting T3 Fitness I have always built our programs around
foundational core human movements, we all make, regardless of
our activity levels, meaning: we all push, pull, squat, lunge, twist
and walk or run.  Program design around these basic human
movements with an emphasis from an inside out transformation,
will not only build a leaner body but a healthier and more efficient
body to perform your daily routines or to compete in the most
intense athletic competition.
This is the simplest and easiest part of the program. However, the
majority of people will put most or all of their emphasis into exercise
because they think that is what will improve what they see in the mirror.
However the most important part, which you will read below, is the
building blocks to not only allow the outside to change but also to
improve and solidify a stronger inside, which is even more important.

Our programs focus on an inside-out transformation.
If you want a better looking and stronger outside
you must start on the inside! It is the foundation!

This is truly the biggest part of how your body and health changes.
Think about it for a moment; death and disease is still at pandemic
proportions.  People are not contracting disease and dying from
exercising; these issues come from 2 things:
poor nutrition and toxins.
Watch the presentation: Death Begins in the Cell

Although every one of us is made up of the same cells, DNA etc,
your body and health can be uniquely different depending on what
you have done to those cells. By the time we talk you may have beaten
them up pretty badly, sometimes unknowingly, which may require
some extra steps. I work with each individual as if you are a jigsaw
puzzle, some may be one dimensional puzzles, others may
be 3 dimensional puzzles. As we explore your needs, immediate and
long-term wellness goals, I begin to frame out your "puzzle" and as
we progress, I continue to "move the pieces around" to help you create
your ideal fitness and wellness for now and well into the future.

Remember I am here to tell you the truth. It's not MY truth but the
proven truth from science, nature and the success of my clients.
With so many different philosophies of fitness and wellness in our
industry, it can literally make your head spin. That is the reason I
started doing a presentation in 2007 called
 "Stop the Confusion"
Although the one I have here on my site is a shortened version, you
will start to understand some of the myths and misleading information
that is being shared in our industry. The majority of people I speak
with are completely confused and are processing some really bad
information based on hype in the media, mass marketed products,
something they read in a magazine or unfortunately, at times, from
someone they trusted.

As I mentioned a couple times, my philosophy is simple and it is
based on sound science, nature, common sense and SAFETY.  I
have evolved over the years as I have learned more about the human
body, especially at the cellular level. Previously mentioned, this is where
we truly function and so many people focus on the outside of their body
and think exercise is what is actually making the difference.  Don't get
me wrong, exercise is an important part of our health and wellness
transformations.  However there can be so many other issues that lie
within that even the best of exercise programs will yield mediocre results.

The other variable here is people are result oriented and want results NOW!
If we are realistic we know that isn't 100% possible. However I have helped
people feel better and have more energy in as little as one day.  Again, it all
depends on what's going on inside your body and what is not happening for
you. That is my task, to put all the pieces of your puzzle together properly.

"It's the best three hours of my week! T3 Fitness has been the answer for me.  Shortly after beginning with Brian, I began to see changes in my body. I actually had muscles in my arms!"
~Greer S.: age 52

"Plain and Simply: Brian has a great approach- he has the education and experience to help anyone out. I went to him with some specific goals which were ambitious and he was able to help develop a plan that fit my schedule which includes a lot of travel."
~Justin: age 39

"It started off as a way to have my almost 60 year old husband commit to exercise.  I knew (because it's easier to see solutions to other people's problems) that he needed
a partner (me) to be on his way to excellent health.  What I didn't realize was the enormous benefit to me."

~Karen S.: age 58
