if we are a "fit" for each other.  From there an in-house meeting
with more discovery of your goals will bring us to a

Private Personal Fitness Training
This is all about you. Working one on one with a fit coach
gives you the focus you want and the results you deserve.

Semi Private Fitness Training
This program offers you an opportunity to workout with a
fit coach while you are paired with a friend, spouse, or child.

T3 Express: 30 Minute Circuit Programs
Established in 2003, T3 Express has been a popular choice giving
you a great alternative to take part in an awesome exercise program
loaded with tons of information if you aren't in the position take part

up-to-date fitness and nutrition information in a fun-filled,

Fitness & Wellness Audit
Often people are doing things piece by piece but never have the
entire puzzle together.  This audit will dissect and analyze what
you are currently doing or what you have done with respect to
fitness, nutrition and overall lifestyle.  Recommendations will
be made based on our discovery during this time together.
