New Goals Require New Thinking and New Behavior!!

T3 Fitness Wall Of Success for 2013!!
Over 200 lbs lost, over 100 inches
and we wiped out Type II Diabetes!

I love helping my clients succeed in reaching their goals.  And at least, working with them
and teaching them how to succeeding at achieving their goals. What you see above is
just that while working with my clients for only two 1/2 hour workouts per week.

However I have a "confession" and if you ask any trainer or fitness professional
out there they will tell you the same I'm about their clients.

In the first several years of my business, while trying to educate people on how to eat clean and
challenging them in their workouts 2-3 hours per week, my clients
did NOT achieve their weight loss goals they walked in my door hoping to achieve.
It wasn't because they weren't getting a good workout program, because they were and they
would tell you that as well.
There were a couple reasons that I can't go deeply into here
 but if you go thru my nutrition section, I have laid it out to be very educational and address
why peoples bodies will or will not change from exercise alone.

The 2 biggest changes that now help my clients succeed are the simple program I have in
place and their understanding that they MUST Change Thoughts & Behaviors.

Every person on my wall of success, in my studio, followed my program and they all achieved success. 
Those who only wanted to follow part of my program got very little to no success.

IF you continue to do the same things you have done
you can expect the same results you have always received.

As you look thru these success stories understand that each of these
people, myself included at the bottom, committed to a simple program
and system that is backed my scientific proof, is safe and only requires
YOU to want to change.  I will provide you with all the tools and
guidance you need to successfully "build your new house". However,
if you want to put those tools in the shed and never use them you won't
achieve the body and health you desire.

Each of these people followed my simple philosophy of working from
the inside out. This order of approach will change your body for the
long term.
1. Nutrition: Calories Fuel Your Body: Eat Clean and Healthy    
2. Supplementation: Plug Nutritional Holes and Feed Your Cells
3. Resistance Exercise: Create More Furnaces to Burn More Fat 
4. Cardio: Create a Strong Cardiorespiratory System                   

Sometimes we have to fail in order to succeed! There can be several
"road blocks" that contribute to a person's failure w
hen attempting a
weight loss program. Although most of those are created by each
individual, most everyone has the same ones.

One road block that contributes to failure is the lack of direction
without a solid plan. It's similar to going on a road trip without a
map or GPS. How do you know where you are going?

This is my buddy Jeff. The picture on the left is one I took when we were on a hike
in Red Rocks Canyon outside of Las Vegas in 2012. After seeing his picture
Jeff was ready to make the necessary changes of his behaviors and thinking.
With that he has been enjoying his new body ever since!

Edgar had some serious goals which required him to completely think
and behave differently. He started at over 400 lbs with a size 52 pant.
He has lost over 200 lbs and is fitting into a size 36 now in just over a
year.  “I’m still losing weight and working towards my After-after™
I’m more active and healthy like I was as a kid. I work out regularly
and I can run and play basketball without getting winded.”

My friend Gwen looked at herself in the mirror one day and said
enough is enough!!! She committed to a 180º transformation of
her body and health. 37 lbs lighter and counting  as of 1/11/13!!

The last six months have been an amazing transformation.
I have not felt so great about myself in a really LONG time.  
Using the 180 plan has really helped me make a lifestyle change
and helped change my whole mentality towards food.
I just came off of an 8-day cruise where the most amazing
food was available to me for free. The food could have easily
ended back up on my hips, but now I have the willpower to
say no and eat small portions if I do want to treat myself.

Feel like a million bucks. It really feels true right now.
On our cruise last week, I was not ashamed of wearing shorts.

with skepticism, as most people do, even though again I knew their science

triglycerides from over 400 to 114. So I decided to let myself go a bit this
summer (2011) so I could take part in another transformation.
It was a risk as I was going to Mexico on October 20th for the Shaklee
annual incentive trip.  But as you can see, in about 7 weeks time I transformed
my body and I continue to enjoy the lean and healthy program to stay fit!
