Welcome to the inside of T3 Fitness where
our training programs takes place.

When you walk into T3 Fitness you will immediately
notice we do not have many exercise machines. 
That is because our programs are based on human movement,
also known as functional training. We improve your body
based on the way it was designed to move in space,
not by sitting you on a machine and counting reps.

By moving more body parts at once you will not only increase
the amount of calories you burn during & after exercise but you will
also be developing your entire body as a more efficient system.
This leads to increased performance during daily living activities
or during sports while lowering your chance of injury.

Open floor space along with
our "toys" of choice:
body weight, bands, medicine balls etc allows us to challenge and
work with you in a very dynamic way, adding more fun and
benefit to your exercise program while helping you create the
body you want and deserve.


  For your safety and to insure cleanliness, outdoor sneakers
or street shoes are not allowed on the exercise floor.
