New Goals Require New Thinking and New Behavior!!


Why Supplement?
When I started T3 Fitness, I was not a big believer in supplements.  To
that point I was processing information in my brain such as "fat burners",
"carb blockers", "dexatrim", and more nonsense like those so my mind
was COMPLETELY shut off.

However, 6 years into coaching my clients and seeing their challenges,
shortcomings and the obstacles they could or would not get around in
their lives, such as "lack of time" I knew something had to change.

I also did a very hard look and analysis of myself in 2007, when I was
turning 40, to see how I was doing plus to see if everything I was telling
people 100% accurate.  What I found shocked me and opened my eyes
and mind completely so I did what I love to do.  I started my research
to create a program to solve those problems and it has been great
success for everyone since!

To reference this study published again as it speaks volumes of why
we need to plug the holes in our nutritional needs. I think you can
agree that our food is not what it used to be 50 years ago, in fact, it
has changed more over the last 50 years than it has in the last 500 years.




I would like you to watch this short video and understand the message
being sent. Even if you know some of it, absorb it and continue to use
my site as an educational tool to help you understand the big picture.
